Director Jiang Hua introduced the basic situation of Sichuan Intellectual Property Development Research Center, which is the only Southwest intellectual property Big Data center recognized by the State Intellectual Property Office, the technology and innovation support Unit (TISC) identified by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the State Intellectual Property Office, and the first national patent navigation service base. He stressed that in June this year, Sichuan Intellectual Property Development Research Center and Sichuan Zhejiang University Alumni Association signed a contract to build the "four Zhejiang University Friends Association Intellectual Property Workstation", the establishment of the workstation is based on the long-term needs of the country, facing the future, and accelerate the direction of leading and building intellectual property development. The founder and general manager of Sichuan Red Bank Base is a member of the Alumni Association of Zhejiang University in Sichuan Province, and the innovative achievements made by Red Bank Base in cutting-edge technology are worthy of recognition. Supporting the development of intellectual property rights of Red Bank Base is an important part of promoting the implementation of specific work after the establishment of the workstation.

After understanding the basic situation of Red Bank Base, Director Jiang Hua put forward six professional suggestions on the current situation of the company, including the coordinated development of market and technology, the empowerment of intellectual property tools, long-term development planning, national policy support, and talent team construction. At the meeting, Director Wang Xin and General Manager Zhao Guiping also gave valuable suggestions from their own professional perspectives.
